Initially working as a Project Estimator in 1998, Blake showcased a knack for understanding project nuances and cost dynamics. His precision and prowess soon led him to the role of Project Manager, where he adeptly steered numerous excavation projects to fruition. In December 2022, Blake embarked on a new chapter, bringing his vast experience and insights to SLC Excavating as Vice President. With a track record as seasoned as Blake's, SLC Excavating is not just navigating the industry's challenges but is also shaping its future.

Blake, his wife, and his family live in Holtwood, PA. The Murphys keep busy with work, school, and the girls' sporting events. When they have time, they like to travel to South Carolina beaches and take in the occasional Oriole's game.
